  • AC Unit Cleaning – Take apart the unit to clean it thoroughly.
  • A/C Filter Replacement – Air Conditioner filters should be replaced several times a year depending on usage. Clean filters allow your air conditioner to run more efficiently, saving you money on energy bills and helping you avoid costly repairs or replacements. There are several filter types (disposable, washable, allergy, HEPA). Your service professional will discuss your options before service.
  • A/C Tune-up – An A/C tune-up keeps your air conditioning system in good working order. It includes: Check & adjust the thermostat, inspecting coolant levels & pressure, inspecting wiring, contacts, capacitors & relays, inspecting the evaporator coil, inspecting and cleaning the condenser, inspecting the condensate drain, inspecting outdoor disconnect, inspecting condenser fan motor & blades, inspect compressor at startup. Then when completed, you will receive a recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs of your system.
  • Parts Warranty – Replace Parts under Warranty.
  • Duct Work – Make adjustments and repairs.
